Flappin' Devil - The Devil Eye : Reinvented

The Flappin' Devil is the first new product of the year for us to release. It's an idea we've been tinkering, designing, and developing for the past 6 years. In the early stages we knew that something with a paddletail would be very beneficial to our existing lineup, but we didn't know it would be this good.
Getting that perfect balance of castability, action, general acceptance, and visual appeal is a difficult thing to do in our industry since our customers demand the best. Probably the most important aspect of developing a new product is hardcore testing with fishing guides, customers, and ourselves. If you don't truly believe in a product you don't get the emotional attachment to it that will further enhance the relation of your experience to your customer. Every fishing lure that I've been a part of developing has a special place in my tackle box and I'm very passionate in getting people to try them out and fish with them. The Flappin' Devil is one product that I can hand to anyone and say "just reel it in and see what happens" because it's so easy to work, cast, and get comfortable with.
Since the release of the Devil Eye we've had a gap to fill where our redfish customers (especially in Texas) needed something from us to use in the flats. We knew most anglers along the coast were satisfied with having a simple barbed tail on the Devil Eye, but we answered the prayers of redfish anglers by adding the paddletail to the Flappin' Devil.
Overall, this lure brings versatility to anyone's tackle box no matter what you fish for. The durability, design, and simplicity is what makes the Flappin' Devil one of the best redfish soft plastics on the market today. Look for the Flappin' Devil to be available in stores around mid-February. If you have any questions or comments please leave them in the comments below. Your feedback is what drives us!
